Abstract

This paper outlines the different types of intermediate and long-term care (ILTC) residential facilities in Singapore, and provides information on the bed situation and charges in these facilities. This would allow Singaporeans to make more informed decisions on where to seek care when they require it. It would also provide the ILTC industry with comparative benchmarks and clearer market signals so as to facilitate the provision of services to meet the needs of Singaporeans.
