Amendments to First Schedule
The following amendments are made to the First Schedule of the Biological Agents and Toxins Act with effect from 1 December 2017:
- Addition of Bacillus cereus biovar anthracis to Part II of First Schedule
- Removal of Vesicular stomatitis virus species/serotype Indiana and New Jersey from Part I of First Schedule
