How do I apply for the Quarantine Order Allowance?

A:
  • For hawker/stallholder operating at markets and hawker centres managed by NEA or NEA appointed operators and have been affected by quarantine orders,

    - You may call the NEA hotline (6225 5632) for assistance. If in-person assistance is assessed to be required during the call, NEA will arrange an appointment for the hawker applicant to visit the One-Stop Information Service Centre at HDB Hub to make the application.

     

    - You may submit for the appointment online via this link or scan the QR code below

  • For hawker/stallholder operating at places not managed by NEA (E.g. Industrial/school canteens/coffeeshop/foodcourts) and have been affected by quarantine orders,

    - Please fill up the Quarrantine Order Allowance Scheme application form found here.

     

    - Provide necessary documents such as:

    1. Copy of NRIC, both sides (Singapore Citizen/PR)
    2. Record of CPF statement (latest 3 months)
    3. NEA/SFA Licence showing hawker/stallholder’s name
    4. Utility or rental bill showing hawker/stallholder’s name (latest 1 month)

     

    - Submit application form(s) and supporting document(s) directly to MOH via email at MOH_QOA@moh.gov.sg

  • - Please note that other supporting documents might be requested if deem necessary
