LIVE VIRTUAL CONSULTATION SESSIONS 2021


The new services-based Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) will replace the current premises-based Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA). The Health Regulation Group (HRG) of the Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to thank you for the feedback on the Bill, and we will be conducting a series of consultation sessions for the draft General Regulations, Advertisement Regulations and Phase 1 Service Regulations under the HCSA in early 2021.
