Transition RoadmapsAccess your roadmap below to see the steps you will need to take, to EITHER port over your existing Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA) licence to a HCSA licence, OR get a new HCSA licence.

  • If your PHMCA licence expires before 3 Jan 2022, click here
  • If your PHMCA licence expires between 3 Jan 2022 and 31 May 2022, click here
  • If your PHMCA licence expires from 1 Jun 2022 onwards, click here

Please note that the implementation of the General Regulations, Advertisement Regulations and Phase 1 Service Regulations has been deferred from September 2021 to 3 January 2022. The implementation timeline for Phases 2 and 3 has also been deferred, with some adjustments made to the split of regulations between these two phases.
