Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) - Visiting Experts

The HMDP VE scheme is made available to all integrated clusters, HPB, HSA and MOH. It provides funds for overseas Experts in medical and health-related fields to be brought to Singapore so as to impart their skills and share their knowledge to help improve and upgrade our medical and health team's expertise in the respective disciplines.

The Experts' visits facilitate the sharing of knowledge and skills among healthcare professionals of similar interest in hospitals and institutions across the public healthcare sector. They are involved in lectures, seminars, workshops and visits to the various departments of hospitals/institutions as part of their HMDP programme.

FY2022 HMDP Visiting Experts Scheme

With reference to the MOH Training Circular Minute No: 02/2022 dated 28 April 2022, the HMDP Selection Panel has met and concluded its selection for HMDP Visiting Expert Scheme FY2022. Approved applications are listed below, applications not listed are considered as unsuccessful. Unless informed otherwise, MOH will not be organising the annual briefing for local coordinators and cluster administrators sessions.
