In line with the Whole of Government Smart Nation initiative, the Ministry of Health (MOH) will be moving towards e-Payments to enhance productivity. With effect from 1 September 2021, we will not be accepting any cheque payment for all types of payment made to MOH, including licensing applications.

2.            To assist our licensees to move towards e-Payments, MOH has since adopted new e-Payment options to meet your needs. Starting from March 2020, licensees can already choose to pay via PayNow Corporate. This is in addition to the existing payment options of GIRO, eNets, Debit and Credit Cards.

3.            From our transaction records, we note that the majority of you are already transacting with us via e-Payment gateways such as Credit Cards, GIRO, or PayNow Corporate. For those who are still transacting via cheques, some of you have feedback on the lack of familiarities as the reason for not using e-Payment.

4.            We heard your concerns and we have developed a step-by-step guide to assist you in making e-Payment.

5.            You may refer to the enclosed guide, developed based on some frequently asked questions to assist you with making e-Payments. You are encouraged to try out these e-Payment options the next time you transact with us e.g. paying for licence renewals.

6.            Should you require any assistance with making e-Payment, please email us at eLIS@moh.gov.sg.

Thank you.

Best regards,
