Amendments to the First Schedule
The following amendments are made to the First Schedule of the Biological Agents and Toxins Act with effect from 16 February 2021:
1. Addition of Heartland virus
2. Addition of Severe Fever Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus
3. Removal of Mayaro virus from Part I of First Schedule
4. Revision of criteria for HIV lentiviral vector system
