CONNECTEDNESS

Stay Connected

Be empowered to age well! It's time to connect with our community and the people we love.

Here's how the 2023 Action Plan for Successful Ageing is supporting seniors to age in the community within an inclusive built environment and digital landscape, while ensuring that they stay physically, socially and digitally connected to the society and their loved ones.
