Pre/perimenopausal women treated with this combination could also receive a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonist according to local clinical practice. 3) Abemaciclib in combination with endocrine therapy for adjuvant treatment of patients with HR-positive, HER2-negative, node-positive early breast cancer at high risk of recurrence. Maxiumum treatment duration: 2 years.
