As demand for COVID-19 vaccination stabilises with the shift to endemicity, the Ministry of Health (MOH) will streamline COVID-19 vaccination services at the polyclinics to optimise their resources.
2. From 1 July 2023, COVID-19 vaccination services will be available at eight polyclinics:
i. Bukit Batok Polyclinic
ii. Eunos Polyclinic
iii. Geylang Polyclinic
iv. Kallang Polyclinic
v. Pioneer Polyclinic
vi. Punggol Polyclinic
vii. Tampines Polyclinic
viii. Woodlands Polyclinic
3. All eight polyclinics will offer the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine for eligible individuals aged 12 years and above, with selected clinics offering the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine for those aged 5 to 11 years, or the Moderna/Spikevax vaccine for those aged 6 months to 4 years. Annex for the list of polyclinics and the vaccine types offered from 1 July 2023.
4. Currently, eligible individuals are required to make an appointment to receive their COVID-19 vaccination at 23 polyclinics located across the island. From 1 July 2023, eligible individuals may walk in to the eight polyclinics to receive their COVID-19 vaccination.
5. Besides the polyclinics, eligible individuals may continue to walk in to any of our nine Joint Testing and Vaccination Centres, or contact any participating Public Health Preparedness Clinic to make an appointment before heading down to the clinic to receive their COVID-19 vaccination. gowhere.gov.sg/vaccine to locate the nearest vaccination site and its vaccination operating hours.
6. Vaccination remains key in keeping our population safe from COVID-19. We encourage all individuals to take their vaccinations when eligible. Seniors aged 60 years and above and medically vulnerable persons are recommended to take the updated bivalent vaccine booster around one year after their last booster dose, to be well protected against severe disease and hospitalisation should they be infected with COVID-19. They can start to receive it from five months after their last booster dose.
