To ask the Coordinating Minister for Social Policies and Minister for Health (a) whether the Government will take any regulatory action against Vanguard Healthcare in the case of an 85-year-old woman who allegedly did not receive help after pressing the emergency call button in her community care apartment; and (b) what actions will the Government take to ensure that community care apartment residents receive the services that they have subscribed for.
