Answer
1 Since the launch of the national mindline 1771 in June 2025, the service has received more than 47,000 calls, messages and webchats. As of December 2025, the dropped-calls rate was approximately 12% but help seekers can access help immediately via WhatsApp messaging and webchat 24/7.
2 The national mindline 1771 is manned mainly by full-time counsellors and has plans to hire more to meet the demand. The service is also augmented by volunteers. As of December 2025, more than 25 volunteers have been trained and can be deployed when needed.
