Question No. 350
To ask the Minister for Health given the multiple public health apps (a) whether the Ministry plans to (i) integrate or rationalise them into one "front door" (ii) compel a common design system with interoperability (e.g. Singpass SSO, shared APIs, unified inbox) for them and (iii) mandate inclusive functionalities (e.g. multilingual helplines); and (b) if so, what are the target timelines and proposed key performance indicators.
Answer:
1 On 7 March 2025, MOH announced plans to consolidate HealthHub and the three Cluster apps – Health Buddy, NHG Health, and OneNUHS into a single app by 2027.
2 We want our digital health services to be inclusive and easy to navigate for all users. Current inclusive features include support for Singapore's four official languages and compatibility with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver and text-to-speech tools to support users with visual impairments. We will continue to review the functionalities and user interface as part of ongoing improvements.
