Answer
We do not have all the data requested by the Member. Tables 1 and 2 provide the breakdown of the median post-subsidy amount for the ten most common chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), from 2019 to 2023.
Table 1: Median post-subsidy amount for 10 most common chronic conditions at CHAS GPs[1]
Year | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 |
CHAS Blue | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 | $0 |
CHAS Orange | $5.50 | $3.50 | $5 | $7 | $11 |
CHAS Green | NA | $20 | $22 | $25.50 | $32 |
[1] The ten conditions at CHAS GPs are Hypertension, Lipid Disorder, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Diabetes, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Anxiety, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Ischaemic Heart Disease, and Major Depression.
Table 2: Median post-subsidy amount for 10 most common chronic conditions at polyclinics[2]
Year | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | 2022 | 2023 |
All polyclinic patients | $19 | $18 | $20 | $21 | $22 |
[2] The ten conditions at polyclinics are the same as CHAS clinics, except for Chronic Kidney Disease instead of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
