MINISTER FOR HEALTH ONG YE KUNG TO ATTEND INAUGURAL UK-SINGAPORE HEALTH DIALOGUE IN LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM

Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, will make a working visit to London, United Kingdom (UK), from 2 to 3 December 2025 for the inaugural UK-Singapore Health Dialogue.
2 The Health Dialogue formalises a platform for officials from the UK and Singapore to discuss mutual areas of interest in healthcare, including population health, mental health, healthcare workforce transformation, and preventive health. Mr Ong and UK Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Wes Streeting will be delivering opening addresses. Professor Kenneth Mak, Director General of Health, will be co-chairing the dialogue with the UK Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty.
3 Mr Ong will also be meeting UK officials during the trip to London, and making a working visit to Amsterdam, the Netherlands from 4 to 5 December 2025. He will be accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry of Health.
