MINISTER FOR HEALTH ONG YE KUNG TO MAKE WORKING VISIT TO CHINA TO EXPLORE TECHNOLOGY IN HEALTHCARE

        Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, will make a working visit to Hangzhou, Shanghai and Shenzhen from 25 to 30 January 2026.

2        Mr Ong will visit several public and private healthcare institutions and their technology partners to understand how they leverage technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance healthcare operations and deliver care, including preventive and remote care across different settings.

3         Mr Ong will be accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry of Health.
