National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (2023)

15 Feb 2024
Mental health impacts our overall well-being and is an integral aspect of health. The National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy (2023) aims to work towards improving the mental health ecosystem where people with mental health needs can seek help without stigma and are readily supported for their recovery.

The Strategy will outline the approach to achieve this, encompassing both ongoing and planned whole-of-government, whole-of-society efforts.  Four focus areas are covered – (1) expanding capacity of mental health services; (2) enhancing capabilities of service providers for early identification and intervention; (3) promoting mental health and well-being; and (4) improving workplace mental health and well-being.

The Strategy will also help to guide stakeholders and service providers in contributing their part to achieve our desired mental health goals for Singapore.
