First Stop for Mental Health aims to provide a clear, "no wrong door" support for individuals in mental distress or crisis, facilitate easy access to mental health services, and ensure appropriate support through careful assessment and triage.

The national mental health helpline and textline that provides 24/7 mental health support via call, text and online chat.

A digital mental health platform that offers self-help tools and resources and support from an online community.
(3) Visit CREST
Community mental health teams operated by social service agencies to provide mental health screening and psycho-social support services.
CREST is for adults aged 18 years and above
CREST-Youth is for youths aged 12 to 25 years
(4) Visit CHAT
A mental health service that conducts mental health assessments and consultations for youth aged 16 to 30 years.
