First Stop for Mental Health ​

First Stop for Mental Health aims to provide a clear, "no wrong door" support for individuals in mental distress or crisis, facilitate easy access to mental health services, and ensure appropriate support through careful assessment and triage.​

Here are the four services available:

(1) Call national mindline 1771 ​

The national mental health helpline and textline that provides 24/7 mental health support via call, text and online chat. ​

(2) Click mindline.sg​

A digital mental health platform that offers self-help tools and resources and support from an online community. ​

(3) Visit CREST ​

Community mental health teams operated by social service agencies to provide mental health screening and psycho-social support services. ​

  • CREST is for adults aged 18 years and above ​

  • CREST-Youth is for youths aged 12 to 25 years ​

(4) Visit CHAT​

A mental health service that conducts mental health assessments and consultations for youth aged 16 to 30 years.
