First Stop for Mental Health
First Stop for Mental Health (opens in new tab) aims to provide a clear, "no wrong door" support for individuals in mental distress or crisis, facilitate easy access to mental health services, and ensure appropriate support through careful assessment and triage.
Here are the four services available:
(1) Call national mindline 1771
The national mental health helpline and textline that provides 24/7 mental health support via call, text and online chat.
Dial the 4-digit hotline 1771;
Message via WhatsApp to 6669 1771 (opens in new tab); and
Utilise the online chat widget (opens in new tab).
(2) Click mindline.sg
A digital mental health platform (opens in new tab) that offers self-help tools and resources and support from an online community.
(3) Visit CREST
Community mental health teams operated by social service agencies to provide mental health screening and psycho-social support services.
CREST is for adults aged 18 years and above
CREST-Youth is for youths aged 12 to 25 years

A mental health service that conducts mental health assessments and consultations for youth aged 16 to 30 years.
