COVID-19 National Vaccination Programme
Persons at increased risk of severe COVID-19 infection are recommended to remain updated with their vaccination based on the prevailing recommendations, to increase their protection against severe disease from COVID-19.
The following vaccines are available under the National Vaccination Programme (NVP):

Moderna/Spikevax (mRNA vaccine) | 6 months and above |
Who should receive the COVID-19 vaccine?
The persons recommended for COVID-19 vaccination in 2025/2026 are:
a. Individuals aged 60 years and above;
b. Medically vulnerable individuals aged 6 months and above; and
c. Residents of aged care facilities.
Healthcare workers and persons living or working with medically vulnerable individuals are also encouraged to consider receiving the vaccine. Others aged 6 months and above who wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine can continue to do so. Individuals may consider consulting their doctor to understand more about the benefits of the vaccine for their specific situation.
Unvaccinated individuals who are receiving COVID-19 vaccination in 2025/2026 should receive:
a. Ages 6 months to 4 years: Two vaccine doses, eight weeks apart; and
b. Ages 5 years and older: One vaccine dose
Vaccinated individuals aged 6 months and above who are receiving an additional dose of COVID-19 vaccination in 2025/2026, should receive it at an interval of around one year (and at least five months) from the last vaccine dose.
Vaccination is free under the National Vaccination Programme (NVP) for all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Long Term Pass Holders and certain Short Term Pass holders.
Where can I get vaccinated?
Find the nearest vaccination sites and their operating hours at https://www.gowhere.gov.sg/vaccine.
All persons eligible for COVID-19 vaccination may book an appointment at any participating General Practitioner (GP) clinic through vaccine.gov.sg/covid, or at a polyclinic through the HealthHub booking system. Healthier SG enrollees are encouraged to visit their enrolled clinic for vaccination, if the clinic offers COVID-19 vaccination.
Mobile Vaccination Teams
Mobile Vaccination Teams (MVTs) offering the COVID-19 vaccines are deployed to selected heartland locations to make it even more convenient for our seniors to get vaccinated.

Homebound persons (e.g. those with disabilities or mobility difficulties) seeking COVID-19 vaccination may request the services of Home Vaccination Teams (HVTs) through the following means:
