The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all I Feel Young SG social media contests (the “Contest”).
Eligibility
1. The Contest is open to all Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
2. Employees of the MOH Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“MOHH”), their immediate family members, advertising agencies MOHH, and any other parties directly involved in organising, promoting, or conducting the Contest are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. MOHH has the sole discretion to exclude any person(s) from participating in the Contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
Contest Period
4. The Contest starts and ends according to the date and time stated in the contest post (the “Contest Period”).
Participation in the Contest
5. To enter the Contest, eligible Participants have to ‘Like and Follow’ the I Feel Young SG Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ifeelyoungsg) and/or 'Follow' the I Feel Young SG Instagram page (www.instagram.com/ifeelyoungsg), and fulfil all requirements and instructions stated in the contest post respectively.
6. All details and particulars submitted in the Contest must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible contest entries will be disqualified.
7. Only one entry per Facebook and/ or Instagram account is allowed. All Facebook and/ or Instagram accounts must be genuine. Entries that are found to be from spam Facebook and/ or Instagram accounts will be disqualified.
Conduct of Contest and its Winner(s)
8. The Winner(s) will be selected at the discretion of the contest organisers from MOHH. The judges’ decision shall be final, and no appeal or correspondence will be entertained.
Prize Collection
9. The Winner(s) will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct messenger, depending on the platforms where the Contest Winner(s) are selected.
10. The Winner(s) will be asked and is to provide his/her full name (as per NRIC), email and phone number. These details will be used to verify the Winner(s) for Prize Collection.
11. The Winner(s) can collect their prize at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd, 1 Maritime Square #11-25, Singapore 099253 and will be asked to produce their Singapore NRIC or Passport for in person verification during collection.
12. Prizes must be collected in person by the respective Winner(s) carrying their own Singapore NRIC or Passport proving identity and residence, or by a proxy authorised in writing by the Winner(s), including the Winner’s identity and residence documents. The names of any proxies will be recorded but no NRIC or Passport numbers will be recorded.
13. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
General
14. By participating in the Contest, the Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms and conditions that MOHH may issue from time to time.
15. MOHH shall not be liable to any persons in the Contest for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Contest.
16. MOHH reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Contest and its entries, and publish any participants’ submitted images and details for purposes relating to the publicity of the Contest without having to pay any fee or compensation to the Participants.
17. The Winner(s) and/or winning entries may be required to participate in publicity to generate greater awareness of the I Feel Young SG campaign. This may include, but is not limited to, an interview with the Winner(s) or profiles in the winning entries to generate a story that celebrates the spirit of active ageing and being young at heart.
