Find approved healthcare providers for MOH schemes. Check CHAS and CPF websites for participating clinics and institutions. Use CRMS Feedback for enquiries or to report non-compliant providers.

We advise members of the public to check the following lists to verify if a healthcare service provider or professional is approved/participating in MOH’s financing schemes:

  1. Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) website for a list of CHAS accredited clinics.

  2. Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) website for a list of medical institutions participating in the Medisave scheme and MediShield Life scheme.
