Subsidies for recommended downstream interventions

This list comprises downstream interventions assessed to be clinically and cost-effective. Individuals who have tested positive for a target gene in the Genetic Test List may be recommended for these follow-up downstream interventions.

Downstream Interventions List (As of 1 April 2026)

Apart from the interventions listed below, PHIs can continue to subsidise routine, low-cost investigations which are part of standard of care (e.g. blood tests, urine tests, ECG). These investigations should be conducted according to clinical guidelines.
