Stay in approved inpatient hospice palliative care services (IHPCS)

Up to S$250 per day for general palliative care, and up to $350 per day for specialised palliative care

Day Rehabilitation at approved day rehabilitation centres

Up to $25 per rehabilitative service per day for day rehabilitation charges, subject to a maximum of $1,500 a year.

Day rehab services includes occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech therapy.

Home palliative and day hospice care

For adult day hospice and home palliative care patients, there will not be any withdrawal limit if the bill is paid using the patient's own MediSave account. However, a lifetime withdrawal limit of $2,500 per patient for day hospice and home palliative care will apply for (i) adult patients who tap on their family member’s MediSave, and (ii) paediatric patients (regardless of whether they use their own or their family member’s MediSave).

MediSave Care

Severely disabled Singapore Residents aged 30 and above will be able to withdraw up to $200 per patient per month for their long-term care needs, either from their own and/or spouses account. The withdrawal quantum depends on the MediSave balance at the point of monthly withdrawal, as given below.

MediSave500/700 and Flexi-MediSave for MOH-subvented home medical and home nursing (HM/HN) providers

Homebound patients receiving care from MOH-subvented HM/HN providers from 1 October 2023 may tap on MediSave500/700 and Flexi-MediSave for treatments received at home.

Home Ventilation and Respiratory Support Service

Up to $90 per month per patient.

Paediatric Home Care

Up to $50 per month per patient.
