The Ministry of Health (MOH) will be introducing changes to the means-tested subsidy frameworks for services and drugs at our public acute hospitals, community hospitals, as well as specialist outpatient clinics. This is to ensure that our subsidies are better targeted towards those who need it more.
These changes will be progressively implemented between 1 September 2022 and 1 January 2023.
