The new services-based Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) will replace the current premises-based Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (PHMCA). We will be conducting a series of consultation sessions for the draft Generation Regulations, Advertisement Regulations and Phase 1 Service Regulations under the HCSA in early 2021.
Your views are important to us.
