1. The Ministry has revised the current 2011 Licensing Terms and Conditions (LTCs) on Assisted Reproduction (AR) Services.
2. The Licensing Terms and Conditions on Assisted Reproduction Services 2020 (“2020 AR LTCs”) are attached for your compliance, which will take effect from 1 January 2020. More information can be found in the attached circular.
