How am I assessed as having a qualifying pre-existing condition?

If you have been diagnosed with any of the qualifying pre-existing conditions, this information will have been recorded in Government administrative databases and medical institutions. You won’t need to submit any medical reports as the CPF Board can tap into these databases directly to levy the correct MediShield Life premiums for your case.
